Pycap Judges CNE Innovation Garage Pitch Competition Awarding +$65K to Startups

With an estimated +200,000 attendees, the Innovation Garage at the CNE concluded with a finalist pitch competition of startup tech companies. 

Over $65K was provided to entrepreneurs throughout the event ($5K per round and $25K for the final round).
Some of the technologies showcased throughout the competition included artificial intelligence, blockchain, robots. Industries covered within the competition were healthcare, education, insurance, financial services, and numerous others.
Pycap CEO Stuart Browne was happy to play a role judging 3 rounds, including the final round, as well as presenting a cash prize to one of the winners.
In the end it was the Sobie Systems that reigned supreme with its household product used to provide air purification as well as detect carbon monoxide.
