Pycap's Involvement in the SICIEEIL Pitch Competition & Level Up Graduation Event

Pycap, a prominent Venture Capital Firm and Canada's Leading Startup Visa Accelerator, recently participated in the Sam Ibrahim Centre for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Experiential Learning (SICIEEIL) Pitch Competition & Level Up Graduation Event. The event, held on May 29, celebrated the achievements and growth of emerging entrepreneurs from the Level Up program.

The SICIEEIL Pitch Competition & Level Up Graduation Event was hosted by Elina Chow-Clark. The judging panel for the competition included Stuart Browne, Will Jee, Asim Khan, and Manjula Selvarajah. Stuart Browne, who is the CEO of Pycap, was among the judges, signifying Pycap's direct involvement in evaluating the participating ventures.

Pycap operates as a Venture Capital Firm and is registered with the Federal Government as a Designated Entity under the Startup Visa program. The firm manages over $20 million in assets and has invested in 18 equity portfolio companies, contributing to over 100 permanent residencies awarded through its accelerator program. Pycap provides both advisory and financing facilitation services to its client companies.

The Sam Ibrahim Centre (SICIEEIL) is an initiative associated with the University of Toronto Scarborough. It focuses on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship by providing emerging businesses with access to industry-leading mentors to support their growth and scaling efforts.
